Content Policy

Our Commitment
Snagg exists to serve the military community. That means maintaining a space that is safe, trustworthy, and OPSEC-conscious. The rules below apply to all content — listings, reviews, messages, profiles, and anything else you post.
Strictly Prohibited
The following will result in immediate removal and may result in account suspension:
- OPSEC violations — unit movements, deployment dates, mission-sensitive info, base security details
- Doxxing — posting private information (home address, phone, ID) without consent
- Scams & fraud — fake listings, advance-fee fraud, impersonating buyers/sellers
- Harassment — threats, sustained targeting, intimidation
- Hate speech — content targeting people based on race, religion, gender, national origin, or similar characteristics
- Illegal items — weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods
- Adult content — explicit sexual content of any kind
- Impersonation — pretending to be another person, military official, or Snagg staff
Marketplace Rules
- Listings must be accurate and in your actual possession
- Price must be the real asking price — no bait-and-switch
- No reselling regulated items without appropriate licensing
- No listings for rentals or services you cannot deliver
Reviews
- Reviews must reflect a genuine experience
- No fake reviews — positive or negative
- No reviews used as retaliation or leverage in disputes
Reporting
Use the Report button on any listing, review, or profile to flag a violation. Our moderation team reviews all reports. Urgent reports (OPSEC, doxxing, harassment) are prioritized.
Enforcement
Content violations result in removal of the content. Repeated or severe violations result in account suspension. In cases involving illegal activity, we may cooperate with law enforcement.
