Our Commitment
Snagg is a local marketplace and reviews platform for community listings, services, reviews, messages, profiles, and related content. This policy helps keep Snagg practical, lawful, and safer for users while supporting clear moderation decisions.
Snagg is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with any government agency, public authority, employer, school, contractor, organization, facility, or official representative unless explicitly stated by Snagg.
Snagg may remove, restrict, demote, disable, or moderate content and accounts when content creates legal, safety, privacy, fraud, abuse, or platform-integrity risk.
Strictly Prohibited
The following content may result in removal and may lead to account restriction or suspension:
- Illegal activity - content that promotes, requests, facilitates, or attempts to hide unlawful activity.

- Impersonation - pretending to be another person, Snagg staff, a business, an authority, an organization, or an official representative.

Reporting
Use the Report button on a listing, review, message, profile, or other available surface to flag a possible violation. Reports involving scams, doxing, threats, harassment, illegal content, privacy violations, sensitive access or security information, or urgent safety risk may be prioritized.
Moderation systems and review processes are not perfect and may not be immediate. Snagg may use user reports, human review, automated tools, fraud signals, keyword filters, image review, and other safety systems to evaluate content.
Enforcement
Content violations may result in content removal, content restriction, listing demotion, listing expiration, review removal, message restriction, account limitation, account suspension, account termination, or referral to appropriate authorities where necessary or legally required.
Repeated, severe, deceptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in stronger enforcement. Snagg may temporarily hide or restrict content while it is reviewed.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or restricted in error, contact admin@gosnagg.com. Snagg may review appeals at its discretion, but moderation decisions may not always be reversible or appealable.
