1. Acceptance

By using Snagg you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Snagg.

2. Eligibility

Snagg is for U.S. military community members (active duty, veterans, family, and contractors). You must be 18 or older to use Snagg.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Use your real identity or a stable pseudonym — impersonation is prohibited.

4. Content Rules

By posting on Snagg you agree not to post: OPSEC-sensitive military information, illegal items, harassment, hate speech, scams, false listings, or adult content. Violations may result in removal or suspension.

5. Transactions

Snagg is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Exercise due diligence. Snagg is not responsible for transaction disputes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Snagg is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Snagg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
